Half the syllabus is written by the room

In session one everybody says what they would love to build and what they would most like to automate. Those answers become the back half of the course.

Costs and habits, your domain and database, the dashboard, your data, finding the work, AI steps, scheduling, then rollout and handover.

The rest, voted

Quoting and sales, marketing and enquiries, money and reporting, jobs and scheduling, or client intake and compliance. If the room needs something else, we write it that week.

Built live, then by you

Something real gets built from nothing on screen while you question every decision. You build your own version between sessions.

A clinic after every session

Twenty minutes for whatever will not work at home. No booking, nothing extra to pay.

03 / What this is not

Four reasons not to book

We would rather lose the booking than have somebody spend six weeks in the wrong room.

It is not a coding course

You will not read or write code. You describe what you want and judge whether what comes back is right, which is a different skill and the one that matters here.

It does not make you a developer

What you build is excellent for internal systems. It is not the right tool for something critical running unattended, and we will say so rather than let you find out.

It is not about cutting staff

Every technique here removes work people dislike. We cover the conversation to have with your team, because internal systems fail socially far more often than technically.

It is not for a business that has not started

The course works on real enquiries and real paperwork. With nothing trading yet there is nothing to automate, and you would get far less out of it than the rest of the room.
