Illustrative — not a real client’s data

01 / Why it exists

The good enquiry is already in your inbox

Nobody loses deals because they had too few enquiries to read. They lose them because the right one was fourteenth.

01

The best enquiry waits behind the worst

Enquiries get worked in the order they arrive. A serious buyer who came in on Tuesday afternoon sits behind eleven that were never going anywhere, and by the time anybody reaches them they have had two other quotes.

02

Qualifying is the job nobody schedules

It is half an hour a day of opening tabs — the company website, Companies House, LinkedIn — to answer questions the internet already knows. It is the first thing dropped in a busy week, and dropping it is invisible until the quarter ends.

03

Nobody can say which channel actually pays

You know which source produces the most enquiries. Whether it produces the most customers is a different question, and answering it means reconciling a form tool against a CRM by hand.

02 / What happens to an enquiry

Four steps, none of them yours

01
Capture
Forms, chat, phone and imports land in one pipeline instead of four inboxes and a spreadsheet.
02
Enrich
Company, size, sector and location attached automatically, so a name and an email become context before anyone reads it.
03
Score
A number, and the reasons behind the number — so the person who disagrees with it can see exactly what to disagree with.
04
Route
Straight to whoever should make the call, in whichever tool they already have open, while the interest is still warm.
03 / Scoring

A number you are allowed to argue with

Every score arrives with the reasons behind it. Override it and the model takes the correction — which is the only way a sales team keeps trusting one.

Illustrative. Descriptions, not clients.

It scores against your customers, not a generic model

The first thing we do is look at who you have actually sold to. A forty-person facilities firm scoring 92 means it looks like the accounts you already win.

The reasons are the product

Three lines under every score, in plain English. Nobody has to trust a black box, and nobody has to guess why yesterday’s 80 is today’s 40.

Disagreeing with it improves it

Overriding a score is a signal, not a workaround. The ones your team keeps correcting are the ones we get wrong.

04 / Capabilities

Everything NexeLead does.

01

Capture from anywhere

Forms, chat, calls and imports land in one pipeline rather than four inboxes.

02

Enrichment

Company, size and sector attached automatically, so a name becomes context.

03

Scoring you can read

Every score comes with the reason for it, so the sales team can disagree with it.

04

Routing and alerts

The right person told immediately, in whichever tool they already live in.

05

Reporting on source quality

Which channel produces customers, not which produces volume.

05 / Where it really is

What private beta means, in both directions

You will find the right-hand list out for yourself in week two. Better you read it now and decide, than find it and wonder what else we left out.

Working today
  • Capture, enrichment, scoring and routing all working
  • Scores you can read, override and correct
  • Hosted by us in the UK, on your own instance
  • A connector built for your CRM as part of onboarding
  • Your data exportable in full, at any time
  • Direct access to the people building it
Not yet
  • No self-serve signup — we set each instance up with you
  • No public integrations directory yet; connectors are built per client
  • Reporting is deliberately thin while we learn what matters
  • The mobile app is a web view, not a native app
Ask for a walkthrough We will show you the actual product, including the rough parts.
06 / Before you ask

The questions beta clients asked

What does “private beta” actually mean here?
It is running with real enquiries for a small number of clients, it is not open to sign up for, and we are still changing it in response to what they tell us. It is not a prototype and it is not finished — the list above says which parts are which.
What does it cost?
Less during the beta than it will afterwards, and we will tell you the eventual price before you start rather than after. Beta clients keep their rate.
Does it replace our CRM?
No, and we would talk you out of it if you wanted that. It sits in front of the CRM and decides what deserves to become a record in it.
Can we override the score?
Yes, and it learns from the overrides. A score you cannot argue with is a score the sales team stops reading, which is why every one comes with its reasons attached.
Where does the enrichment data come from?
Public sources and licensed providers, and we tell you which for every field. Nothing scraped from somewhere it should not have been — you would be the one holding that risk, not us.
What happens to our data if we stop?
You export it, in full, and we delete our copy. That is written into the agreement rather than being a thing you have to ask for.
What if we want it to work differently?
That is the point of a beta client. Several things in it exist because somebody using it said the first version was wrong.

Tell us the goal. We’ll tell you the price.

A free audit, a fixed scope and a number — usually within two working days. No obligation, no sales theatre.
